I've been out of town for a few days and am just catching up, and was so sorry to hear about the loss of the Bohemian Bed and Breakfast in New Ulm to fire--and the loss of six lives, including the owner and her two children.
I never met owner Bobbi McCrea, but news accounts quote several people who have an awful lot of good things to say about her. My heart goes out to her friends and family, and the community of New Ulm for this loss.

Very sad. Sorry to hear it.

A Wabasso High School classmate of mine and her husband died in a New Ulm house fire in February of 2010. This latest tragedy adds to the burden of grief already experienced by New Ulm residents. My heart also goes out to them and to those who lost their loved ones in this latest fire.

Wasn't this just awful? My parents were friends with Bobbi's parents back when they lived in Mpls., and they remember Bobbi as a sweet little girl.

It really was awful. On so many levels.
