Twin Cities bloggers, Roll Call!

In frantically checking to make sure no one I know was on the bridge tonight, it occurred to me that I know just a whole lot of bloggers locally...check in, please! Leave a comment! I hope none of you were anywhere near the bridge that collapsed and that you're all safe and your loved ones as well!

What a scary, scary thing. I sincerely hope that no one you knew was affected by this tragedy...though in some ways that's cold comfort given how many were. Thoughts to you and your fellow Minnesotans.

I'm glad you're okay, too!

in the process of trying to do the same thing myself.
glad to hear that you too are safe & sound.

I thought the same thing, but you beat me to it. It appears everyone is accounted for, no?

I'm a-o.k. Glad your family was not affected.

I am happy to hear you are okay. What a horrible thing to happen!

So glad you're all okay.

We're all good. I'm very glad to see that you are, too.

All OK here..

Just heard from Knittymama - they're ok, although that's the route her husband takes home from work! I think he was already past...

Thanks so much for posting tonight. I stopped by to see if you were OK. I drove on that bridge every day for years. Luckily, all our friends and family are accounted for.

We're safe here too. My husband drives from Minnetonka to St. Paul everyday and sometimes drives that way, but has been avoiding it because of the construction.

I'm home knitting with my peeps around me with my head bowed.

We're okay, and I'm very glad you're checking on everyone!

Everything good here.

We're OK here. Thanks again for the check-in call tonight!

I just sent you an e-mail...glad you are ok!

I had the same thoughts, glad you are O.K. I and all of my family have checked in, we're fine.

Jess of Mikknit posted that she's ok. Talked to Jeanne. Harriet Limedragon left a comment.

i tried to leave a comment and it didn't work? i and my peeps are ok. i just can’t believe this! i’m in shock. my sister goes home that way, should have been on that bridge right about that time. took an alternate route today. is freaking out, can you imagine.

so damn scary. i too hope that all are safe.

i and my peeps are ok. my sister was supposed to be on that bridge, she took an alternate route today, for some reason. my cousin was sitting on that bridge in a metrotransit bus for 10 minutes not an hour before. i am at work, and in shock. i am going home. i am glad you are ok. i also posted on my blog asking blog friends to check in!

I second your concerns. I hope things will be okay. My sis already called us and says she is okay. Phew.
Hearts out to all.
