The grass is riz.
I wonder where...
The Thujas is?
Oh!
There they is!
There was a slight crisis as I approached the toe of Sock 2--namely, I couldn't find Sock 1. Sort of a flip to the usual second sock syndrome, I guess. It finally occurred to me to check in the couch cushions, and voila! Sock 1. Remember when I said that finishing these cozy cold-weather socks would cause spring to arrive? I was right.
Gracie is not impressed with my socks. Time spent knitting socks is, to her, time not spent in rapt adoration of her lovely Cavalierness, and thus she gives me the evil eye.
Holli in turn says she will not face the camera unless I tell everyone that twice this week she played with the dog next door--played! Rather than tried to conquer and destroy!
All in all, a good start to a new week.

Those flowers in the first picture - do you know what they're called? I have some fond memories tied up in those little blue flowers.

Oh my! You did make spring happen. It would be nice if it would come a little bit to the east. Maybe I'd better finish my monkey socks.
Gracie has the gift of wicked stink eye. She appears almost human with her animated features. Both of your dogs are cute.

Hands down one of the best dog pictures I've seen in ages.
Nice socks. Love that the first one was in the couch -- glad it's not just me :-)
